چکیده
Study objective: to determine the most important maternal factors for pre-eclampsia (PE) prediction, which are used in screening of women when registered pregnancy.Materials and methods. A prospective cohort study included 91 pregnant their first trimester; period 2018–2020. The main group 56 (61.54%) with a number PE development, 35 (38.46%) were healthy females control group. Statistically significant values observed between subgroups patients body mass index (BMI) prior pregnancy (26.83 ± 1.29 26.03 1.05) height (163.35 1.26 cm 167.23 1.02 cm), p <0.05. Among risk that led PE, statistically results combining history kidney disease (p = 0.033). Recurrent was combined mother 0.011). Impact chronic hypertension on development noted over 5 years. combination interval pregnancies 10 years more age >35 associated 0.008).During IVF developed such as BMI 30 kg/m2 years, 1.1% had no other factors. History renal an impact anti-phospholipid syndrome. Analysis odds ratio isolated factor showed following indicators: during previous 6, multiple 2.56, syndrome 1.83, vitro fertilization 1.72, obesity >30 1.65, 1.57, 1.08, 1, >10 0.77 0.18.Conclusion. Thorough monitoring should focus pregnancy. second position is occupied by increased factors, especially and/or elevated BMI.
